1. Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Northrest website at northrest.club and the document organisation and general information services provided by Northrest ("we", "us", "our"), operating from 21 Mukkamontri Road, Nai Muang, Nakhon Ratchasima 30000, Thailand.

By visiting our website, submitting an enquiry, or engaging with any of our services, you confirm that you have read these Terms and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which form part of the agreement between us.

2. Nature of Services

Northrest provides document organisation support and general information sessions relating to common pension paperwork. All services are strictly administrative and educational in nature. They do not constitute financial, legal, or professional advice of any kind, and should not be relied upon as such.

Our current service offering includes:

• Gentle Organising Session — a calm, practical session to help sort and label pension-related documents at a comfortable pace.
• Family Information Session — an educational session for families who would like a general overview of how common pension paperwork is typically arranged.
• Ongoing Tidy Records Plan — a periodic arrangement for families who value keeping their records in orderly condition over time, including access to general checklists and information materials.

All content shared during sessions and in any accompanying materials is general and informational only. Nothing delivered by Northrest is specific to any individual's personal circumstances, nor does it constitute a recommendation, assessment, or course of action.

3. Bookings & Enquiries

Service sessions are arranged by submitting an enquiry through our website contact form or by contacting us directly by telephone or email. An enquiry does not constitute a confirmed booking until we have responded in writing to confirm availability and details.

You are responsible for ensuring that the information you provide during an enquiry is accurate and up to date. We reserve the right to decline an enquiry at our discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.

Confirmed sessions are subject to these Terms. Where a specific written arrangement is agreed between you and Northrest, the terms of that arrangement will take precedence over these general Terms to the extent of any inconsistency.

4. Fees & Payment

Current service fees are as displayed on our website at the time of enquiry. All fees are quoted in Thai Baht (฿) and include applicable taxes where stated.

Payment terms will be confirmed in writing at the time of booking. We reserve the right to update our fees from time to time; any change will be communicated before it affects a confirmed booking.

Fees paid are non-refundable except as described in Section 5 (Cancellations & Rescheduling) or as required by applicable law in Thailand.

5. Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule a confirmed session, please contact us as early as possible by phone (+66 44 318 902) or email ([email protected]).

• More than 48 hours' notice: We will reschedule at no additional charge, or offer a credit towards a future session.
• Less than 48 hours' notice: We reserve the right to retain the session fee in full, as our team will already have allocated time for your appointment.
• Northrest cancellations: In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a confirmed session, we will contact you promptly and offer a full reschedule or refund of the session fee.

These arrangements are in addition to any statutory rights you may have under Thai consumer protection legislation.

6. Limitation of Liability

Northrest's services are general and informational in nature. We do not accept responsibility for any decisions made, or actions taken, by you or any third party in reliance on information or materials provided during a session or through our website.

To the fullest extent permitted by Thai law, our total liability to you in connection with any service or interaction shall not exceed the fee paid for that specific service. We exclude all implied warranties, representations, or conditions not expressly stated in these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for matters that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury arising from our negligence.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Northrest website — including text, layout, design, and information materials provided during sessions — is owned by or licensed to Northrest and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You may access and use website content for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, or adapt any content without our prior written permission. Where we provide printed or digital materials as part of a session, those materials are for your personal use only and must not be shared, resold, or publicly reproduced.

8. Privacy & Personal Data

We handle your personal data in accordance with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019) (PDPA). Full details of how we collect, use, store, and protect your data are set out in our Privacy Policy.

By submitting an enquiry or engaging our services, you acknowledge that we will process your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Acceptable Use

When using our website or communicating with us, you agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or incomplete information in any enquiry or communication
• Use our website or services for any purpose that is unlawful or harmful
• Attempt to interfere with the operation or security of our website
